Summer Ready 2025
In Season 7 of Side by Side we are all about being connected and grounded into summer and having the summer WE want to have, even when things aren’t going as planned.
Week 1: Plan out the summer you want and work through all the roadblocks that might come up along the way
Week 2: Determine the strategies you need this summer to stay cool or get fired up.
Week 3: Let’s discuss body image and mom image, then we’ll make some magic for ourselves
Week 4: Let freedom reign! Food Freedom and more Body Image discussions
Week 5: If it’s been a long summer already, it might be time to burn it all down and start over. We’ll talk about how to do that and when it’s appropriate.
Week 6: Rounding out our season, going back to the beginning, and finding even more magic within ourselves.
